Explorer includes 40 credits a month, Launch 250, Pro 2,500, and Agency 10,000. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each month and unused credits do not roll over, though upgrading mid-month adds the difference right away. Credits you buy as a top-up are the exception: they never expire, and your monthly allowance is always spent first. Stored appraisals are free to re-read, and a paid analysis stays free to reopen for 30 days.
