No Guarantee of Domain Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that a displayed domain name will be available at the time you attempt to register it. Domain availability may change at any time.

4. Account Registration and Login

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. We currently support single-click logins via third-party providers such as Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Twitter. By using these login methods, you authorize Unique.Domains to access certain information from your third-party account consistent with your settings on that platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

5. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Services may require payment. All payment transactions and related data (e.g., credit card details) are processed exclusively by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or handle your payment details.

By purchasing any paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but will provide advance notice before new fees take effect. Except as required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all sales and fees are final and non-refundable.

6. Use of Data and Privacy

We only collect and store your email, name, phone number (if provided), and profile picture (if provided). These details, as well as any other information we may gather, are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar, to better understand user navigation and improve the user experience. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Paris, France.

After signup, users are automatically subscribed to our newsletter, which may provide content tailored to your interests based on your recent searches. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

7. User Conduct
